CGI Properties Sdn. Bhd, a subsidiary of CGI Capital Berhad was actively involved in the property industry for over 15 years. Today, the Group has a diversifled porfolio of projects, which includes affordable housing, lifestyle living, commercial development, resorts, a water theme park, and property investments.

CGI Capital Berhad have a total of 5 projects covering the states of Perak, Negeri Sembilan and Terengganu amounting to a total of 530 acre (214 hectare) of land bank for developments. Three major projects that is currently under developments are Sri Bayu Puteri Resort Port Dickson, Sri Bayu Puteri Resort Kemaman and Sri Bayu Puteri Resort Pangkor Island.

In addition, as part of CGI Properties 's commitment to provide excellent after sales service, a Customer Service Department has been set up to provide comprehensive services to all its valued customers. The objective of the Department is to ensure that any complains arising are resolved promptly and satisfactory. The department also inspects all properties to ensure that there are no defects prior to the handing over of keys.
